Let us look after your Information Technology

An initial survey is done to create a picture of your network and equipment.
There will be a monthly subscription fee on companies receiving assistance from Gwasanaeth Technegol Gwych.
The fee depends on the size of your company.
The subscription will include:
Network and equipment monitoring.
Access to your company's unique help portal.
Fair prices on equipment, technical services and software.
Fair prices on work done remotely or at your site.
We will try to take care of all aspects of your information technology or help to coordinate your third party providers. Someone on the end of a phone when help or advice is required.

Support for home users

We charge a fee of £35 on individuals for the first half hour then £25 for every half hour there after.
Traveling time will be charged.
Fees for equipment repaired in our workshop will be charged 'Pro Rata'
Equipment or other services will be charged accordingly.
We offer reductions in our fees for those in full-time education, individuals on benefit, individuals or members of their family with a disability or are neurodivergent.
